Dark World -2009 Poster

I came across this world while exploring a small cluster of rather large yellow stars. I kept picking up readings from the sensors indicating a possible gateway or rift but for the life of me could not find it until suddenly a huge black globe appeared to block our one of the stars. I discover a small gateway with a chain of rifts upon the surface of the planet. The plasmas spewing through the rifts reflected light until they cool and then formed some type of dark matter that absorbed light rather than reflect it.
