My piece was great! My only complaint was that it arrived creased. I emailed your customer service department about it. I informed them that the glare from the photos I took of the print did not show the crease but I could take a photo of the envelope it arrived in. It was apparent that nobody actually read my email and I received a canned answer in response. I made the suggestion that when mailing these in the future to have the envelope stamped "do not bend". That said, I still love what I ordered and will order again. The piece itself was perfect and the person I gave it to loved it! It's just a shame that it arrived with a crease in the middle of it.
