De Morgan Ruby Lustre Foliage Scrolls c1880 Repro Tile
De Morgan (1839-1917) was an important Arts & Crafts movement artist who created stylized flora and fauna designs from both life and fantasy. De Morgan's original red luster glazed tiles have a luminescent rainbow of colors visible when viewed from an angle or in indirect lighting. We have tried to capture some of that here and a bit differently in our De Morgan barn owl tiles. Let us know which effect you prefer and we will accommodate our customers' choice in current and future ruby luster tiles.
This swirled foliage tile is a great one to use to mix and match with de Morgan ruby luster tiles. See the TessieRay media section for some examples.
Available in 4.5 inch and 6 inch size tiles as well as other items. You can display this tile as art or use them for backsplash and wall tiles in kitchen, bath, shower, or laundry room. Also suitable for fireplace surrounds. Not for outdoor use.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
