One of my favourite things to do, when it comes to self love journalling, is to separate by sad thoughts from my happy thoughts in a double sided notebook. The front cover features your happy thoughts journalling, but if you flip the notebook over, you'll discover the side meant for your sad thoughts. For best practices- make sure to write both the happy and the sad on the same days. Lovely design, I liked how I was able to personalise every element. printed perfectly. Nice and glossy front page, the pages inside are a little warped but that could be to do with the weather however I don't feel it ruins the notepad.
