The product is advertised as a Dunce Hat, which is what I was looking for.
A Dunce Hat is traditionally big enough to fit over your entire head, for example:

But these are just kid-size party hats relabeled as dunce hats. Defeats the purpose. The quality is fine. The problem is with the sizing. They're not true dunce hat size.

Good quality paper hats they didn't tear. They were comfortable enough to wear. Only disappointing thing was price of shipping making them quite pricey... Very pleased with the printing. Colour was good. You could make out the picture even though it was very small and text was easy to read.
