E23 Big Bull Elk Grass in Horn Square Paper Coaster
This big bull gave me a bit of a scare, I didn't see him laying in a low spot in the tall grass until I was almost on top of him. I think he was just as startled as I was and jumped up with a snort and trotted away, we were only a few yards apart when we noticed each other, I was very happy and lucky he went away rather than challenge me or stomp me into the ground. This photo was taken by Flatlandersam in south east Alberta, Canada.
