El Greco View of Toledo Mouse Pad
El Greco View of Toledo mouse pad. Oil painting on canvas circa 1599. This is one of the only two remaining landscapes of the Spanish artist El Greco. A pioneering work, View of Toledo represents one of the first non-peopled cityscapes painted in Spain. The enchanting sky with its shifting clouds and dark blues is particularly famous. The swaying contrast between the blue, green and grey of the sky, city, trees and water provides a fluid motion to the painting reminiscent of Van Gogh’s Starry Night. A great gift for fans of El Greco, late Spanish renaissance art, mannerism, and famous sky paintings.

I needed a mouse mat for my desk at home that would stay put and not take up much space. This does the job perfectly. The fabric on top is soft and the rubbery bit is nice and thick, which is comfortable on the hand and wrist. Exactly as expected. Print is crisp with no bleeding.
