Elegant Script 2 Sided Photo Save the Date Wedding

I received my order, and unfortunately, I’m not happy with how it turned out. Paper quality – I understand the paper is matte, but in person it looks a bit cheap and doesn’t give the polished look I was expecting for wedding stationery. Printing issue – On the right side (see the attached photo, highlighted in red), there’s a visible space/gap where it looks like the image doesn’t extend fully to the edge. In my preview, the photo covered the entire paper, so I wasn’t expecting a white margin. This makes it look unfinished. Photo quality – The image itself looks a little dull and almost like the printer was running low on ink. Do I need to upgrade to a higher-definition printing option for clearer, sharper results? Overall, the final product doesn’t match what I saw in the preview or what I was expecting for something as important as wedding stationery. Can you please advise if this is a printing error or if I need to choose different options (like higher definition or different paper) to fix these issues?

We loved everything about this product. The design is absolutely beautiful - the loveliest we could find for a classy but festive winter wedding card. The quality was wonderful and they arrived in plenty of time. We were delighted at how stunning they were and guests loved them too. Thank you so much! The printing was excellent quality.

It shipped earlier than I thought thank you! I love how they came out, looks so much better in person! The colors came out perfect. I did not get HD but it still came out beautiful! Pictures of the roses came out nice and colors looked exactly like the order, thank you!
