The process to customize was very easy, but I originally thought it was gold foil. It is just the printing that makes it look varied in the border. It is not foil. The printing was great and the paper quality was top notch. If I would have been more careful I would have noticed it did not have gold foil. Otherwise, good customer service when I talked to them about the foil issue.
