The product itself was great; however, it took over a month to get to me. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say that it would take 10-12 business days to process and I was told on numerous occasions that they were working on it. Finally after a month and several emails and several calls, my product shipped. I am very displeased with this experience. The item turned out amazing.
