Feldenkrais about learning v.2 - postcard

FELDENKRAIS ABOUT LEARNING VER. 2 — POSTCARD A thoughtful postcard inspired by the Feldenkrais Method and the natural process of learning. The postcard features a beautiful Polish wildflower meadow, filled with colourful poppies, cornflowers, and other native flowers. The image creates a vibrant natural background for one of Moshe Feldenkrais’s reflections on learning, the nervous system, and the value of exploration through trial and error. “Learning takes place through our nervous system, which is so structured as to detect and select, from among our trials and errors, the more effective trial.” — Moshe Feldenkrais, Learn to Learn booklet, p. 4, 1980, Feldenkrais Resources The photograph is an original, authentic image taken by the author in a Polish meadow — not a stock photo. It captures a real moment of natural beauty and brings the colours and atmosphere of the Polish countryside to this meaningful postcard. With its combination of a vibrant floral landscape and an inspiring quotation, this postcard is a beautiful reminder that learning is a natural process of discovery. It makes a thoughtful gift for Feldenkrais practitioners, students, teachers, and anyone interested in movement, awareness, personal development, or lifelong learning. It is also a lovely choice for people currently undertaking Feldenkrais training who would like to send a meaningful postcard from their training segment to family and friends. The quote offers a gentle way to share a little of what they are learning and to introduce others to the spirit of the Feldenkrais Method. Perfect to give as a gift, send to a friend, display in a Feldenkrais studio, or keep as a small daily reminder that every attempt can lead to greater awareness and possibility.
