This design is a reproduction of a late 1800s textile panel entitled “Femme à marguerite,” or "Woman with Daisy." The panel was designed by textile artist Alphonse Marie Mucha. The flowing hair and florals of this vintage design have a goddess-like quality. Czech artist Alphonse Mucha is recognised as one of the most talented artists of the Art Nouveau period. This digital image is courtesy of the Chicago Institute of Art open access (public domain) collection, with small tweaks to clean up the borders.
