The photo plaque was darker than the original photo. I asked for it to be remain and for it to be lightened. Zazzle agreed to remake. Second looked exactly like the first. I inquired why would it look the same if you lightened it. Then I was told oh, we do’t do that. I should have been told that when I made the request. There was no point in remaking if changes could not be made.
