Happy Halloween! One of my first Zazzle designs was the 2020 pandemic cat & pumpkin wearing face masks. Over the course of four years this is the one of the designs that evolved from the original. The application of this decoupage paper was very simple , applied with PVA glue on a plywood surface. The colour stayed true to paper before application . I used cling film to apply over ply wood , no wrinkles , very pleased with the result.
