Found in the collection of that artist whose estate - FULL of prints, art, more prints, old ads, old children’s books, Victorian tradecards, etc. etc. etc. - are now in my possession. This began life on a label for Peacock Fire Crackers. The image looks like it was done by someone who’d never seen an actual peacock, but it still looks way colourful and neato on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including jigsaw puzzles. Wanna see more old? This is a beautiful puzzle with just the right amount of difficult. I’m a puzzler and I really enjoyed doing this one. There were two pitfalls. One, is that the pieces fit together a little too loosely for my liking. Two, I got a puzzle where the edges of all the pieces were lifting at the edges, like it wasn’t cut with a sharp blade. I called Zazzle and they sent me out a new one immediately! Zazzle was awesome to work with! The picture was amazing!!
