Four dogs in construction hats and Hawaiian shirt and bandanas, i.e. party attire. (l to r) Dodger, Waylon, Moses and the public domain Bull Dog. In the back ground is a picture from Wikipedia commons, which they said was taken by a federal employee of an airstrip under construction and is therefore public domain. You can customise the text, change the fonts, font sizes and colours. The construction theme seems to be popular for kids and adults. I think you could customise this funny picture for either.
