The city (although inspired by San Francisco can be any and every city) has recently passed a sweeping homeless friendly ordinance prohibiting anyone from disturbing the activities of its homeless population. A city worker attempts to paint the bench but must accommodate the homeless man who claims the bench as his own. The creative and compliant worker paints around the homeless man being careful not to make him uncomfortable and accomplishing his task.
