The Galápagos giant tortoise is the largest living species of tortoise, reaching weights of over 400kg (880lb) and has a life spans in the wild of over 100 years. The tortoise is native to seven of the Galápagos Islands, a volcanic archipelago about 1,000km (620mi) west of the Ecuadorian mainland. Spanish explorers, who discovered the islands in the 16th century, named them after the Spanish galápago, meaning tortoise.

I needed a mouse mat for my desk at home that would stay put and not take up much space. This does the job perfectly. The fabric on top is soft and the rubbery bit is nice and thick, which is comfortable on the hand and wrist. Exactly as expected. Print is crisp with no bleeding.
