Graduation Cap Diploma custom mug

Product was okay once I finally received it. I experienced bad customer service. I was told over and over that the mug was shipping that day and I didn't receive it until the day before my son's Graduation. I had ordered the mug way before I needed it also. The wait on the phone calls I had to make to keep checking on where it was was anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes before I even got to speak to a customer service representative. Printing was okay. The wait to receive the mug was unacceptable.
