About This Design

Granny Smith Apple Invitation

My husband loves Granny Smith apples, so I bought a tree. Then we visited an orchard where the staff told us Wisconsin was too cold for Granny Smith production. We already had the tree, so we kind of resigned ourselves to believing it might never produce fruit. This year, it produced three apples! I guess climate change is good for something. We've since spotted other bountiful Granny Smith trees around the neighbourhood so we have some hope for next year!

Just right for this special occasion. Arrived in just a few days giving plenty of time for RSVPs. One small problem which was mine entirely. I forgot to put the time on the invitation cards. Had to print out a small note to go with every invitation card. Moral of story - don’t be in a hurry and don’t press ‘send’ before reading everything carefully. .
