I have always love taking pictures, didn't matter what it was of family, friends, nature & etc. When my oldest daughter was in 4th grade she had some struggles with reading. My husband & I put her in a reading intervention class, 2 days a week. I would leave my 8 hour job, rush to pick her up from school to make it to her sessions on time. I would sit-in my car often times overworked + exhausted waiting for her to complete each session. While waiting on her I would walk the premises of the learning lab taking photos of the beautiful landscape which was a stress reliever for me. That's how the pink heart flower was captured in one of the many trees.
