Volunteer managers are critical to the success of volunteer programs. A good volunteer manager can transform volunteer commitment into effective action and ultimately a lasting impact. Volunteer managers provide support, inspiration, training, and education to those they work with. They represent the intersection of their organisation’s mission in a community and the community’s own desire to be part of that mission. They are so important that there is even an International Volunteer Managers Day to celebrate the vital role of these skilled professionals. The products and gift items found here embody the spirit of great volunteer leadership.
