HMS Cyclops Frigate 1839 The HMS Cyclops was a first class steam frigate with an armament of 6, launched on July 10, 1839. It was taken out of service in 1861 and sold in 1864. It had a displacement of 1960 tons. It served in the Syrian war in 1840 and Crimea. It was then used as a survey ship for cable laying. There was also an HMS Cyclops launched in 1871, which was a turret ship that was sold in 1903.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
