This was my first time ordering from zazzle, and on the whole it was a pleasant experience. The product looks exactly as it does in the picture, so naturally it fully lived up to my expectations. The only "problem" was that it really took a while for the product to arrive, but I don't think zazzle is to blame (I live in Split, Croatia). Again, everything went well and the product is great. The image quality is great, the colors turned out right, and the product looks like it does in the pictures - what you see is what you get. Although in this case it is a fairly simple product so there's not much that could have gone wrong in the first place.

The button keychain is cute although a little larger than I had expected. Makes finding my keys in my purse easier. :). Printing is great. Glad I increased the size of the picture though.
