The ornament itself is exactly what I hoped for. It was purchased for a Christmas gift and the recipient loved it. However, I ordered a velvet gift pouch to go with the ornament and this was not included in my order. After trying to contact Customer Service for 3 days, I gave up. The printing was very colorful. While it was a bit blurry, I think this was due to the printing process.
