The quality of the ceramic was very good. It could be made a little thicker so as not to be quite so fragile. But it came through the mail just fine and looked great on the tree. The custom lettering on the ornament was very good, clear and true to the font that we chose. The background color was vivid and smooth, no light/dark spots.

Nice, but my understanding pre-order was that the text would be double sided, which it wasn't. The text could have been clearer, and it did not come with a pouch which again I understood it would. .
