this is a very sturdy, well-made mug - the finish is smooth and even and the colors are crisp and clear... I was very please in two ways: the first time around, the images I uploaded were slightly crooked on the mug; but Zazzle, doing only as Zazzle can, upon my request promptly corrected the layout and the new re-printed mug with perfectly-aligned images arrived in a mere two days!!
