Ojizo-Sama is a Japanes Bodhisattva. I always smile as I see statues of Ojizo-Sama in Japanese garden. To me, Ojizo is a symbol of compassion, nurturance and warmth. Remembering the sense of inner peace I experienced, I decided to create illustrations of Ojizo-Sama.
