Koala Beach Blanket

The artist is on the Autism Spectrum with Asperger's and he has been drawing since he was two years old. This creation was inspired by a trip to Outback Steakhouse where a server requested this particular piece of art. After all, when you think of a Koala, you naturally think of the Australian Eucalyptus Forest. Most people call this creature a "Koala Bear", but think again! It is not part of the bear family. It is actually a marsupial and has a pouch like a kangaroo. He also has two thumbs on his front paws, so he has DOUBLE opposable thumbs whereas we only have ONE on each hand!
