This is the Carnegie Library of Homestead, built in 1898, it was the 7th one built and is currently the third oldest Carnegie library in continuous operation. Today there are a total of 2509 Carnegie libraries.
But it was much more than just a library, it had a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a billiards room and a huge stage.
