It says they will proof the product with you before sending . Nope! When they printed the substitutes name, contact number and email, it’s all out of alignment. When I asked for a refund they want me to take my time and money to ship it back. You can clearly see it was not proofread before being sent out. Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship. .
