I purchased this to celebrate a friend losing 88 pounds. You could not read any of the positive affirmations written on the front. The flip side was put into the computer correctly but arrived off centered. I did make a phone call to Zazzle and they totally backed the product and returned the purchase price.
Sadly the Christmas gift was a flop and I did feel badly. I could have made it with an ornament purchased at a craft store. It would have been less of an aggravation. On a bright note though. ......thank you Zazzle for backing your products completely. Not at all legible. The flip side that I added was not even centered

Nice, but my understanding pre-order was that the text would be double sided, which it wasn't. The text could have been clearer, and it did not come with a pouch which again I understood it would. .
