Magic Carpet Card

The design comes from a vintage theatrical poster featuring a man riding a magic carpet over castles. The graphic design was by artist Richard Halls, created in 1936 or 1937 and sponsered by the Federal Theatre Project (New York, N.Y.). This poster was created for a presentation of Andrew Lang's "A Hero is Born" at the Adelphi Theatre, 54th Street east of 7th Avenue in New York. On this greeting card, just the design is used to create a Happy Birthday greeting. You can change the wording on this card.
