This Glaucous-Winged Gull with white head and grey back is giving the camera a sharp look from his (or her!) black eye. He has a bright yellow bill, with a red-oange spot at the end where the chicks peck for food. The wind ruffles the light grey feathers of his back, and his darker grey and white wings ae folded.
