I very much like the ability to design posters and to find posters on Zazzle. However, the production turn around time is so long, that twice I have forgotten that I ordered the posters and ordered them again -- and then received double shipments. Also, the sizes for the posters are ambiguous. There are two different ways to request special sizing, and I am never really sure what size I'm going to get. The design is just like the picture on the website.
