The initial product was smeared and dirty but thanks to Zazzle’s Customer Service they reissued the order and rectified the problem. The end product turned out terrific. Liked the ability to use different type and inks to create a very unique note card. This was part of a gift and though had been given later, was a complete hit! The end product printing came out great. Though this gift was given later, this was a gift that “wowed” the receiver. It was a complete success.
