The monkeys of wisdom are a symbol represented by three monkeys, of which each one covers a part different from the face with the hands: the first eyes, the second ears and the third the mouth. They form a kind of pictorial maxim: “Nothing to see of evil, nothing to hear of evil, nothing to say of evil”. At that which follows this maxim, it will arrive only of the good.
