Navy, Gold, and Mint Wedding Program 4" x 9.25" Programme

I’ve designed a few things on Zazzle before and always LOVED the process. Their customer service is great about answering any questions I have as I tweak the design. They’re all knowledgeable and patient. With my last order, Zazzle, once again, did their part perfectly. I, however, messed up. I placed the order on a wedding program that had a few mistakes. I didn’t notice until after I received the batch that I paid for. I immediately went to my saved design online and made the edits. Then I called Zazzle to explain what happened. After they applied a few credits, I got to re-order the corrected designs - FOR FREE!!! Can’t thank Zazzle enough for helping me recover my error. I always rave about Zazzle and encourage anyone to use them for fun, personalized products from a supportive company.

The design is beautiful and has already received rave reviews from our friends and family. The on-line designing is excellent. Occasionally errors would come up when editing. The way around this we found was to save and reopen the design or to delete the current text box and add a new one. We pushed the lettering right to the edge of the card and lost half a letter on a couple of lines. This was our fault and something a customer should be aware of when buying and redesigning this product.

Beautiful addition to our wedding. I love the texture of the product, the colours, and the shine. Excellent quality, I highly recommend.
