I had to get 2 replacement orders due to incorrect personalization details however, customer service was very quick to help, and they expedited the shipping on each order! I paid extra for the edges to be curved, and I got the first order with squared edges and the first replacement order also had square edges. They made sure to not let the same mistake happen again, and I eventually got the correct invitations! Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the invites and the customer service! .

Ordered this vintage style invitation for our wedding reception and was really pleased with the quality of the product when it arrived.
They arrived on time and were exactly what we had asked for. Would highly recommend! One thing worth mentioning, the RSVP ticket at the right looks like it's a tear off section, it's not, it does have to be cut which I didn't realise until it arrived. Otherwise, the print quality was great
