No 744 Queen St E in the Riverdale neighbourhood of Toronto Canada. Built in 1904, it was originally a branch of the Canadian Bank of Commerce. The architects, Darling and Pearson (Frank Darling and John Pearson) also designed the Royal Ontario Museum, Convocation Hall and Commerce Court North here in Toronto. The building was designated a Heritage Property by The City of Toronto in 1986.
Original photography from 2021 using a Canon EOS RP body with a Sigma 24-105mm F4 DG OS HSM Art lens. Reprocessed using Silver EFEX Pro as a Lightroom plugin for the Black and White conversion.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
