Mail or hand out those personalised save the date cards for your next virtual seminar. INSTRUCTIONS: On front, provide photo. (MUST be a PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT of you dressed in business casual attire in a solid or light marble background. Make sure the orientation shows visible face and CLEAR margins between top of photo and your head AND bottom of photo and your chin. Orientation set to Fill.) Next, type in name of seminar subject or title (up to 3 lines). Provide videoconferencing (Zoom, Discord Go Live, etc.) room ID or link. Provide time in 24-hour or 12-hour format (please use AM or PM if using the latter); date (XX/XX/20XX); and admission, if applicable. On back, provide up to 3 contacts (social media handles, phone numbers, etc.) for guests to RSVP. Please send photo save the date cards in the white envelopes included to prevent ANY negative incidents occurring during your meeting.

These sage the dates were perfect and came exactly the way they looked on the screen. I was a bit apprehensive on the colour as all the sage green I order always seems to be a little different but this colour was the perfect match.
