A hybrid aircraft, part machine part insect, patrols the skies above the far reaches of The Quarter. Or doe it? Look a little closer,that's a broken restraining chain hanging from the undercarriage,and that uniform the pilot is wearing,it looks a little too large to me. An escaped prisoner! Sound the Alarm! Or don't depending on which side you're on. I'm with the prisoner... The charges were all trumped up.
