Ordered this as a gift and it came out terribly. I ordered a white mug but it had a yellowish/grayish tint to it. The design (which only had to be black and white) was not dark enough. It was on a grayscale. Look terrible and couldn't give this as a gift. I asked to exchange. Was given a refund (minus shipping charges). Would not order from this company again. Very poor quality. I loved designing this mug using images stored on Zazzle. Was able to choose the font for the name and uplaod a background for behind the name, and a fabulous image of a black and white horse. It came out beautifully well and I was well pleased.
