Back in the day the Pharmacist used all sorts of unusual tools, mixing in odd bad tasting powders and such to create pills for you. However while this looks like an old scene, in modern days, replace the warm wood tones with Formica, and the glass jars with plastic ones, it's pretty close to what we have now.
