The point which faces Mars is at bottom centre, and the large (10km across) bowl shaped object on the left is the Stickney crater. This is VIKING 1 Orbiter Image 357A64 taken on June 10, 1977 at a range of 1590.4 km. The Soviet satellite Phobos 1, in 1989, transmitted back to Earth an image that it took of Phobos and then was never heard from again. Print looks very good, vibrant colours, washing very well, too. I don't tumble dry tshirts so can't comment on that. Lovely idea for a birthday child!
