Priests in Science: Cosmology Poster

Priests in Science: Cosmology Poster

This poster features 30 scientists who contributed to the sciences of cosmology and astronomy. Almost all of them have moon craters and/or asteroids named after them to honour their tremendous work in this field. Use the huge interest in astronomical events like meteor showers, lunar eclipses, and solar eclipses to teach the rich Catholic history of astronomy and cosmology! "Let there Be Light!" The opening words of Genesis shows that from the beginning, Judeo-Christian faith has been interested in the way the universe is put together. The fascinating 18"x24" laminated wall chart poster highlights the deep faith of over twenty of history's greatest investigators into the beginning of the universe. From the 14th century Catholic bishop who taught that heavenly bodies moved by impetus, not intelligence to the 21st century evangelical Christian who is considered the founder of observational cosmology.... From the man who started by studying to be a Lutheran priest but ended by discovering the laws of planetary motion, to the man who did become a Catholic priest and ended by proposing the Big Bang theory... And for the dozens of faithful Christians in between... You'll find out what is not taught in most schools... but will now be taught in yours! We're starting a Catholic revolution in teaching science! Join the movement!

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame. This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again. One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up. Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font. Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.

Absolutely love my poster. I have it hung in my reiki treatment room. Had so many compliments about it. The pastel colours are truly amazing
