Its just an average tote bag. What makes it special is the ability to customize. But the customization printing is flawed. The image is supposed to be a QR code. The encoding was checked and double-checked prior to submitting the order.
However, when the product was received, the QR code was unreadable. Something in the printing and transfer process ruined the code.

I bought this for my great granddaughter who is only 1 1/2 years old. Her mom has a diaper bag, but little Avery has stuff too. I put a nice book in the bag to get her started.
LOVED IT. The printing was fine, just as I wanted. I was able to crop the photo and add the background color.
