I loved the design and it was fun to personalize it for my nephew. The ornament is good quality and has a nice feel and sheen to it. The colors and clarity are great and the customized message came out perfectly but...the hole obscures the star on top of the tree which is a little disappointing. That is not how it is shown on the template

I had a little bit of difficulty designing this ornament but once I figured out what I was doing, I was very pleased with the results. The QA department found that I had made an error and had me do it over. I really appreciated that they found that. It would have been bad if it hadn't been corrected. The ornament is beautiful and very high quality. I expect to have it for years to come! The printing turned out perfect. The colors were vibrant and the font looked just like I wanted it!
