For all my original watercolor paintings in the shop, I use the 'limited palette'. Red, Yellow, Blue. This produces all the shades and hues you see in my paintings. Red, yellow and blue transparent watercolor in both warm and cool shades can be mixed to obtain any colour in the spectrum. I find there is more control over the final results. My artwork covers a wide range of subjects. I paint whimsically humourous, one-of-a-kind art to serious fine art. However, my passion is painting portraiture of animals and people. I love to capture the emotion of the moment. Both subjects have their own personalities. This makes the end result very challenging AND rewarding. My primary medium is watercolor. However, I also work with graphite, pen and ink.

The cushion is small to medium sized. It can be washed. It is well constructed. The material used is pleasant and feels decent quality. It has a very slight plush feel which is good. It is well labelled and its care clearly stated. Theres nothing not to like about it. All in all a good item. The deduction of one star overall is due to long delays in delivery to the UK. It's not clear if this was due to Zazzle or somewhere else in the chain as I did not receive status updates of dispatch or progress. I cannot comment anymore on that other than to say that was our experience but it may not be the same for you. The printing was surprisingly close to what we were expecting. Its an art piece and on material so its hard to assess the precision of printing but it seems close to the original. The soft lines are reproductions of the original. The colour is a fair reflection of the painting. This was printed in the US and it looks like US quality. No issues.
