Keeping a journal is a good habit for our mental health, and this spiral notebook is ideal for exactly that. It is designed (front and back covers) with an image of autumn foliage reflecting in a New Hampshire pond. "Reflections" is added in large font on the front cover. Lovely design, I liked how I was able to personalise every element. printed perfectly. Nice and glossy front page, the pages inside are a little warped but that could be to do with the weather however I don't feel it ruins the notepad.
